CONSULTATION
During your complimentary in-person or virtual 1-hour consultation session, we'll get to know you better via a two-part assessment:

INITIAL DISCUSSION
First, we will discuss your goals, training history, previous/existing injuries, and anything else that will help us develop an understanding of who you are and what you are specifically looking to gain.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
A series of foundational movements (adjusted as needed) to assess mobility, strength, technique, and overall work capacity.
​
Once complete, we will provide our initial recommendations for what your training should look like. From there, you can decide if this is right for you!


PERSONAL TRAINING
After your consultation, we’ll determine a training schedule (typically 2–3 sessions/week), along with a personalized plan for what to do on your own.
Your program will be tailored to your goals and may include a mix of corrective work, strength training, mobility, cardio, and more.

We’ll also cover basic nutrition—like calories and macros—and build a realistic, sustainable plan for incorporating healthy habits into your daily routine.
