As personal trainer at Method Fitness you will change how you look at the business of personal training. Under the guidance of our Founder and Directors, you will develop the skills to refine the blend of science & art that make up high performance in this industry.​

AS A PERSONAL TRAINER OF THE METHOD FITNESS TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:

The opportunity to meet your earnings goals ($86K - $118K) in a salary compensation structure, and fill the schedule you desire - we have been consistently able to fill trainer's schedule within 2 months.

The opportunity for earning a higher salary if you choose to open more available hours - the salary ranges provided were for a standard full time schedule (averaging 30 sessions/week, with 40 hours of availability).

Opportunity to work in a Tier system where you can get promoted to higher tiered pricing and earn more per session - this is based on training acumen, education, credentials, and overall proficiency and efficacy. The salary bands are tied to your Tier assignment.

Responsibilities

PT Business Management
-
Build and maintain an active client base
-
Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems

Maintain knowledge of all facility services
-
Service and Hospitality
-
Create and coach personalized programs for clients

Execute fitness assessments and guided workouts for your clients

Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during sessions

Professional Development

Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management
Qualifications

Current NCCA Accredited Personal Training Certification

Current CPR/AED certification
-
Valid Associate of Science (AS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree

Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Personal Trainer, Performance Coach, or something related

Must have a legal right to work within the U.S.

Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Basic computer and technology skills

Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful

Applicants must be able to safely and regularly lift and move 45 lbs., squat, bend, reach, spot & prolonged standing and walking
